Makmak Macarons
Art2Public is delighted to present MakMak Macarons, they will prepare their latest range from the Spice Collections for our 14 September event.

Their macarons are handmade in Sydney using the finest quality ingredients in a range of innovative flavours, colours and textures and are 100% gluten free. The Spice Collection is inspired by the intoxicating flavours and aromas of spices from across the globe

MakMak’s macarons were declared to be Sydney’s best in a blind tasting by esteemed Sydney chefs Christine Manfield (Universal), Peter Gilmore (Quay) and Ross Lusted (The Bridge Room). The trio scored the macarons on texture, flavour, lightness and presentation and each voted MakMak number one, ahead of Adriano Zumbo, Laduree, Baroque and Creasion. The results appeared in the November 2012 issue of TimeOut Sydney.
